Inspired by the smooth and refined lines of Alvar Aalto’s classic 1937 vase, this series explores the possibility of its dark rough side…. alter ego/alter Aalto through linen with applied photographic imagery of Sydney’s CBD. Again sleek buildings transformed into a textural application.
